  We lost our heat at 3am in the morning in the freezing northeast winter. Made an online appointment for 2-4pm later that day. Got a call at around 6:30am asking if we would like an earlier appointment for 8-10am or 10-12noon. Opted for 10-12noon. Technician Sean sent a message at 11 that he was on the way, and arrived around 11:15. Diagnosed the issue, replaced the parts, and heat was back on by 1:30pm. Meanwhile, the Christian Heating & Cooling appointment I requested for 12-5pm was delayed with no updates as to when they would arrive. We were loyal MoreVent customers but after they were acquired by Christian Heating everything went downhill. Mattioni charges an arm and a leg, Christian Heating has terrible service, but TruNorth is amazing. TruNorth has been amazing to work with and I am so grateful they were able to help us quickly, efficiently, and professionally.  Thanks to them our kids will sleep in warm beds tonight.
