At Tru North, we disagree with this method of “system flipping” for the sake of revenue and maintenance contracts. My name is Raymond Stubbs, and I have lived in Downingtown since 1986. I love this town, and I especially love the way our Chester County customers treat my staff with kindness and sincerity, patience in the time needed, as well as the warm hospitality.

Our employees always mention how it’s so much nicer to work here than in other places where the aggressive sales and numbers-driven atmosphere has created a “right now” culture.
